Spring 2008 Program

 “Cutting Edge Developments in Particle Science and Engineering”

The Particle Society of Minnesota will hold its 7th annual symposium on Wednesday, March 19th, 2008, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., at the Radisson Roseville hotel, located at 35W and Cleveland Avenue in Roseville, MN. The program this year will feature talks on nanoparticle characterization and nano/microparticle applications. We are pleased to announce this years program speakers:

Morning Session: Nanoparticle Characterization

“Magnetic Nanoparticles in Biochemical Applications and Their Use in Lab-on-a-Chip Devices”
– Mark Tondra, Diagnostic Biosensors, LLC

We have also invited vendors from around the industry to offer tabletop displays of a variety of products and services related to the field.

Registration for students is $40.00.  New registration options this year include a morning package, afternoon package or an all day package.

**The registration fee for the all day event is $175.00.  Registration includes a complete program information packet with a list of attendees and contact information, a formal sit-down lunch, a continental breakfast, and a cocktail mixer after the event.

**Registration for morning only is $125.00.  This package includes a complete program information packet with a list of attendees and contact information, a formal sit-down lunch, and a continental breakfast.

**Registration for the afternoon only is $125.00. This package includes a complete program information packet with a list of attendees and contact information, a formal sit-down lunch, and a cocktail mixer after the event.
